Enrollment Process

 At Core Pet Zone, we strive to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every dog that joins our daycare. To ensure that we cater to your pet's specific needs and preferences, we have a structured enrollment process. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Paperwork

The first step in enrolling your dog involves completing our required paperwork. You can fill out our enrollment form either online or by downloading a PDF version. Along with the form, we need your dog's current veterinary records to verify their health status and ensure they are up-to-date on vaccinations. This step is crucial for us to provide a safe and healthy environment for all our furry guests.

Step 2: Hybrid Tour

After completing the paperwork and verifying health records, we invite you and your dog to a hybrid tour of our facility. This visit allows you to explore our space and get acquainted with our setup. It also gives your dog the opportunity to experience the sights, sounds, and smells of our daycare, helping them acclimate and have a positive initial experience.

Step 3: Evaluation

The final step in our enrollment process is an evaluation. We offer a free half-day of daycare to assess your dog’s behavior and socialization skills. This evaluation helps us ensure that our environment is a good fit for your pet. After the evaluation, you can call us to make reservations for regular daycare visits.

General Daycare Information

At Core Pet Zone, we treat our daycare much like a child’s daycare, with a variety of engaging activities designed to keep your dog entertained and active. We play fun games like bubbles and follow the leader, and we have scheduled snack times featuring healthy vegetables such as carrots, green beans, and broccoli. Our day also includes two nap times—one in the late morning and another in the late afternoon—to ensure your dog stays well-rested.

We recommend that dogs visit us at least once every other week to remain familiar with our facility and maintain their social skills. Our playgroups are kept relatively small, and reservations are required to ensure personalized attention for each dog. We frequently rotate our toys, games, and equipment to keep things fresh and exciting for your pet.
